Our package includes

This £8.5 million development, procured via the Pagabo framework, is transforming a long-vacant site on Newgate Street into a state-of-the-art health facility.

When complete (early 2026 target), the hub will deliver:

• 24 consulting rooms and three treatment rooms
• Modern administrative and support spaces, improving access and patient flow
